Hello, I'm Lux, the physics teacher at Emporia High School.

I earned my B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Emporia State University in 2015. After gaining valuable experience in the industry, I realized my passion for inspiring the next generation and pursued a teaching degree with a focus on chemistry and physics.

My goal is to instill a deep sense of wonder for the natural world in my students, hoping they develop the same love for science that I discovered during my first chemistry class at ESU.
